Classes During Covid-19

Hi My Lovelys

Classes are on and we are abiding by government guidelines to ensure we are covid-secure, plus being an organised exercise class means we are exempt from the rule of 6, yay.

Unfortunately though to keep inline with social distancing the class size is smaller then before, so to avoid disappointment I would advise you to book your space as early as possible, classes are available to book up to two weeks ahead. (Please note at present the Friday class is in The Physio Crew and not St Johns).

The classes are open to everyone as always from complete beginners to fitness junkies!

What is Boogie Bounce

Boogie Bounce is a fun and funky complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with safety T-Bar handle to disco lights and great music.

The programme consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES!

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

Hi i'm Joanna, your energetic boogie bounce instructor, as a professional fitness coach, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle and what I love about Boogie Bounce is that it opens up exercise to everybody, its a great way to lose weight, get fit and keep fit regardless of age or ability and being low impact allows the possibility of exercise to those who would otherwise find it difficult.
